Mindfulness in Christian Spirituality: An Introduction
An online, interactive workshop (Zoom) that explores the connections between modern therapeutic mindfulness and contemplative Christian spiritual practices.
Participants will take part in presentations of mindfulness principles and their relationship to prayer, alternating with practice in mindfulness meditation exercises with a Christ-centered focus. Come explore this unique approach to enhancing your life of prayer and deepening your daily experience of God.

Facilitator
David Arthur Johnson is a SoulStream Partner from Seattle. An ordained minister and spiritual director, he holds a doctorate in Christian Spirituality from Fuller Theological Seminary. David is particularly drawn to discover and promote mindful Trinitarian
practices that serve to help people overcome shame-based images of a wrathful God and to experience the fullness of the
