DATE/TIME: 7pm Friday, March 20 to 12pm Sunday, March 22, 2026 (MT)
LOCATION: FCJ Retreat and Conference Centre (219, 19 Ave SW Calgary, AB)
COST: $480.00 (includes shared accommodation and meals Saturday through to Sunday breakfast)

Register early. Spaces are limited.

If a registered participant cancels:

  • If a registered participant cancels 7 days or more prior to the event, and they paid by e- transfer, they will receive a full refund. Within 7 days of the event, no refund will be given.
  • If a registered participant cancels 7 days prior or more prior to the event and paid through PayPal, they will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover administration fees.
  • If a registered participant cancels 7 days or more prior to the event, their registration fees may be offered to SoulStream as a donation at their request. If such a request is made, a charitable receipt will be issued at the end of the tax year.
  • If a registered participant wishes to transfer their space/payment to someone else, they must notify the SoulStream administrator by email.

If SoulStream cancels:

  • If SoulStream cancels a day/event/course without rescheduling, registration fees may be offered to SoulStream as a donation if the participant chooses. In this case, a charitable donation will be issued at the end of the tax year.
  • If SoulStream cancels a day/event/course without rescheduling, registration fees will be refunded in full.
