Deepen: An ASD Alumni Weekend

    An invitation to all SoulStream Art of Spiritual Direction alumni

    You are warmly welcome to register and join us for this weekend of deepening. Beginning at 4 pm on Friday, February 20/26 and concluding on Sunday, February 22/26 at noon at Rivendell Retreat Centre, Bowen Island, BC, you will be invited to deepen your connections as spiritual directors, your learning and your listening through meals, discussions and practice.

    • Experience going deeper with and in Love as you further explore what it means to stay with your own feelings and sensations.
    • Experience going deeper with each other in relationships.
    • Experience going deeper with a directee in the practice and skills of spiritual direction.

    You are encouraged to register as soon as you are able as space is limited at Rivendell. (Registration will be accepted until November 14, 2025.) Please consider attending with a friend and sharing a room! This would help us accommodate more participants.

    DATE/TIME: 4:00 pm Friday, February 20, 2026 to 12:00 pm February 22, 2026
    LOCATION: Rivendell Retreat Centre, Bowen Island, BC
    COST: $425.00 for a single room or $375 for shared accommodation (includes accommodation and meals: light supper Friday, all Saturday meals, Sunday breakfast)

    If a registered participant cancels:

    • If a registered participant cancels 7 days or more prior to the event, and they paid by e- transfer, they will receive a full refund. Within 7 days of the event, no refund will be given.
    • If a registered participant cancels 7 days prior or more prior to the event and paid through PayPal, they will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover administration fees.
    • If a registered participant cancels 7 days or more prior to the event, their registration fees may be offered to SoulStream as a donation at their request. If such a request is made, a charitable receipt will be issued at the end of the tax year.
    • If a registered participant wishes to transfer their space/payment to someone else, they must notify the SoulStream administrator by email.

    If SoulStream cancels:

    • If SoulStream cancels a day/event/course without rescheduling, registration fees may be offered to SoulStream as a donation if the participant chooses. In this case, a charitable donation will be issued at the end of the tax year.
    • If SoulStream cancels a day/event/course without rescheduling, registration fees will be refunded in full.
