Join spiritual directors Jan Evans and Esther Hizsa for a weekend retreat engaging in God’s dream for our world by planting and nurturing seeds of community, compassion, creativity, and connectedness.

$340. Includes a light supper on Friday, breakfast, lunch and supper on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

Esther Hizsa

Esther Hizsa*

Esther lives in Vernon, BC where she and her husband, Fred, enjoy the outdoor beauty of the Okanagan. She posts weekly on her blog An Everyday Pilgrim.

Jan and Esther co-facilitate the SoulStream Ignatian Spiritual Exercises Retreat in Daily Life and are members of SoulStream, a dispersed, contemplative Christian community.

If a registered participant cancels:

  • If a registered participant cancels 7 days or more prior to the event, and they paid by e- transfer, they will receive a full refund. Within 7 days of the event, no refund will be given.
  • If a registered participant cancels 7 days prior or more prior to the event and paid through PayPal, they will receive a full refund minus $10 to cover administration fees.
  • If a registered participant cancels 7 days or more prior to the event, their registration fees may be offered to SoulStream as a donation at their request. If such a request is made, a charitable receipt will be issued at the end of the tax year.
  • If a registered participant wishes to transfer their space/payment to someone else, they must notify the SoulStream administrator by email.

If SoulStream cancels:

  • If SoulStream cancels a day/event/course without rescheduling, registration fees may be offered to SoulStream as a donation if the participant chooses. In this case, a charitable donation will be issued at the end of the tax year.
  • If SoulStream cancels a day/event/course without rescheduling, registration fees will be refunded in full.
