I’ve been gratefully receiving spiritual direction for 24+ years and offering SD over the last 17+ years ….  Finding myself widowed with an empty nest is the “broken open” that led me to find a spiritual director so many years ago.  What gift it was to find a safe and deep listening space where I could bring my messy, real, human self and life and and be seen and heard in a compassionate non-judgemental way … always being pointed back to LOVE.  It is so incredibly life-giving and a privilege for me to offer this same kind of space to others .. as we listen together for this God, this Divine Love who IS …. and cannot be absent.

My life and heart are FULL!  I am lucky enough to celebrate LIFE with my beautiful kiddos and theirs, my rich community of like hearted friends, opportunities to play and dance and reflect as I enter this new decade of my 70’s!!
