I have been receiving spiritual direction for over 24 years. It came to me in a season when I deeply needed someone to listen to my heart, offer the gift of presence and love me through that particular valley. When SoulStream first began and I was invited to become trained in this beautiful ministry I jumped at the opportunity. Since then I have been offering spiritual direction to others who, like me, are seeking someone to hold space for God as we listen together for the gentle movements of the Spirit.  In many ways, spiritual direction is life for me. I experience it, both in receiving and offering, to be one of the primary means of grace in my own life. In the past several years I have begun to offer the 19th Annotation Ignatian Spiritual Exercises, a 30 week journey of prayer that has been a significant part of my own formation.
