If you met me, attended one of my retreats, or read my blog, you wouldn’t think there is a shy soul in me. But there is. Almost every month for twenty years now, in the sacred presence of God and my spiritual director, my soul has felt safe enough to express what often isn’t said or felt. My director’s compassionate listening and inquiry have allowed me to experience God’s love more deeply and freed me to be myself, comfortable in my own skin.

I have been offering spiritual direction since 2008, and I seek to offer the same loving presence that I have experienced.
