Dear SoulStream Partners,
We are excited to remind you that the Tenth Annual Partner Gathering is coming up!
We take this time each year to continue to grow in our knowledge that we are connected in our humanity as well as through Christ! Your planning team has been working towards this time of community nourishment.
We want to remind you to mark your calendars to save the date for:
June 7th through the 9th, 2024 at Sorrento Centre in Sorrento BC.
Travel to Sorrento can be a part of the Gathering experience, and we encourage you to travel together, sharing rides to Sorrento in community.
We continue to be blessed with a generous donation for the Gathering. This enables us to reduce costs for all partners attending, as well as offer financial help for those who may require it. We don’t want money to be a determining factor keeping any partners from attending. On that note we also want to mention the cost of the retreat centre increased last year and again this year so we will be increasing the registration fee to reflect that. We want to keep the partner gathering fund going for those who most need it. We therefore encourage you to place your confidential request with Audrey for financial help if necessary.
We also want to mention that the cost for this weekend is significantly less than what the actual cost would be if it were not for the generous donation that keeps us afloat. In light of that we would like to give you the opportunity to contribute to the full cost of the Gathering if you feel so led. You can do this by donating an extra $200.00, or any amount you would like to donate on top of the registration fee. You can do this by donating now or you can add a donation to your registration fee in the form below.
Registration
Early Bird ONLINE Registration (through e-transfer or PayPal) starts on March 1st, 2024, and is open for one week until March 8th, 2024. The rate for early birds is $200.00 per person.
General registration is then open from March 9th, 2024 until March 16th, 2024 at a rate of $275.00.
After March 16th the price will go up to $400.00 per person.

Accommodation
Sorrento Centre offers a unique variety of accommodation options, which include Tents, RV, and Cabanas.
If you plan to stay for days beyond the Gathering, these also must be arranged with Maryann at 250-675-2421 extension 106.
There are single and shared rooms available, and room requests will be filled on a first registered basis. If you have specific desires for rooming with certain people, please indicate that on your registration. Otherwise, you will be assigned a room and your roommates will be a joyous surprise.
We will be using the cabanas again this year. If you are assigned a cabana, you will need to bring your own bedding. We will let you know if this is where you are placed.
Sorrento Centre has two handicapped accessible lodge rooms, and if you have difficulty with stairs please email Audrey with a request for a main level room.
Meals
Sorrento accommodates dairy free, lactose free, gluten free and nut allergy diets only. If you have a life threatening allergy beyond these dietary accommodations there is a place in the registration form below to communicate these.
Due to a desire to be open to people’s dietary independence as well as opportunities for you to go off site in small groups, this year we require you to register for your meals.
On the registration form, you will see boxes related to the number of meals you would like to participate in at Sorrento. The first choice is all meals, and along down the line to no meals. Lunch will not be provided on Sunday. Meals provided, if so desired, are breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
If you want to venture off for meals in small groups off site, please arrange this ahead of time if possible. Each meal at Sorrento that is not eaten is still paid for, and we want to be good stewards of both the cost and the potential food wastage.
The Gathering officially commences at 7pm on Friday June 7th. If you are arriving early and would like to have Friday dinner at Sorrento Center, you must let Audrey know 2 weeks prior to the gathering. Requests for Friday night dinner will not be accepted after May 25. Friday dinner will cost $25.00 per person on top of your registration fee.
We look forward to this time to gather together to strengthen our relationships among partners, to share our contemplative journeys, to encourage each other, to have some fun and to participate in our shared life in God!

Registration Process:
Please fill out the form below. Try to complete the form in one sitting. However, you have the option to save your unfinished registration form at any point and return to complete it at a later date. Simply click the “Save and Continue Later” button at the end of any section and you will receive a special link which will return you to your partially filled form later.
When you are finished with all sections, click the “Register Now” button.
If you select e-transfer, please transfer funds to soulstream1@gmail.com.
If you select PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal for registration fee payment options. PayPal allows you to make a secure payment using your PayPal account or any credit or debit card. Once you complete your payment, you will receive an email receipt from PayPal. If you do not receive a receipt from PayPal, the payment did not go through.
